Research shows that the relationship between us (i.e. the “fit”) is the most important ingredient to successful treatment. During our initial phone consultation, we’ll talk about your needs, address any questions, and get a general sense of our therapeutic fit.
If we feel you might be better suited to someone else, I will try my best to help connect you. Your wellbeing is my first priority.
Psychotherapy is an investment in yourself that requires money, effort and commitment. My current fees per 45 minute sessions are:
Individual Psychotherapy — $300
Couples Psychotherapy — $330
Adolescent or Family Psychotherapy — $330
Group Psychotherapy (75 minutes) — Please contact me
Depending on your specific needs, we may choose to schedule sessions for longer than 45 minutes. If so, the fee will be prorated based on the standard fees above.
I have limited spots for whom I can slide my fee. These spots are reserved for people in specific circumstances that are based on true financial need.
I accept PPO insurance plans as an “out-of-network” provider. For your convenience, I can submit claims directly to your insurance on your behalf. This may reduce your out-of-pocket expense.
Please call your insurance company to verify your “out-of-network outpatient mental health” benefits. This will help you determine how much, if any, of your fee will be reimbursed.
I am available for sessions Monday-Thursday. Once we agree to work together, we will pick a specific day and time for your weekly appointment(s).
